Abstract artist Elizabeth Rose Rosinski studied art history under acclaimed professor Bruno Schlesinger, and in Rome, Italy. Her father was an oil painter and logistics engineer supporting NASA. Her art career was birthed while teaching on the south side of Chicago, integrating art across the curriculum for the urban students who in turn inspired her colorful, vibrant aesthetic. She is mentored by the Romanian abstract artist Costel Iarca, her greatest artistic influence. She's an art lover and fan of several artists, including Archibald J. Motley Jr., Paule Marrott, Henri Matisse, Gerhard Richter, Hunt Slonem and Marc Chagall.
